This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in the care sector, looking to take the next step in their career toward a management position.
Your Role as a Team Leader:
As a Team Leader at Serve Homecare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of 15-25 community care workers.
- Supporting new team members as they settle into their roles.
- Ensuring quality assurance standards are met throughout the service.
- Providing care visits to clients as needed.
- Supporting the existing On-call team.
- Working flexibly including mornings, evenings, and on an every-other-weekend basis.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- A willingness to undertake QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- A supportive and calm demeanour.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
