Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of damaged vehicles to assess extent and type of repairs needed
- Accurately document damages using industry-standard tools and software
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair estimates and damage findings
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repairs that benefit the customer and the company
- Collaborate with repair shops, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle cash transactions related to assessments or additional services professionally and securely
- Maintain meticulous records of all assessments, communications, and transactions for compliance and quality assurance
Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle inspection, auto body work, or related automotive roles is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle structures, parts, and repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Experience in upselling services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures ensuring accuracy and security during transactions
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
