About the job:
Titan Facilities Services is building a network of reliable cleaners across Berkshire and Surrey to support our growing portfolio of commercial and residential cleaning work. We're not recruiting for one single role — we take on a wide variety of jobs and want to hear from experienced cleaners who may be a good fit for current or upcoming work in your area.
Types of work you could be matched to:
- Commercial contract cleaning (offices, churches, university sites)
- Airbnb and short-let turnovers
- End of tenancy and builder cleans
- Student lets and estate agency cleans
- High-end domestic cleaning
What we're looking for:
- Experienced, reliable cleaners covering Berkshire, Surrey, or the wider M25 area
- Own transport preferred but not essential depending on location
- Attention to detail and a professional, trustworthy manner
- Flexibility to take on ad hoc or regular jobs as they arise
Nice to have (not essential):
- DBS check
- Experience with end of tenancy or Airbnb turnaround cleans
- Own cleaning equipment/supplies
Pay note: Rates vary depending on the type of work and whether you're taken on as an employed team member or a self-employed contractor. Standard employed roles start at £13.00/hour; self-employed and specialist jobs (e.g. end of tenancy, Airbnb turnovers) may be paid at a higher rate reflecting the nature of the work.
