About the Role
Join our UK Education Customer Success team and play a key role in helping schools realise the full value of Oxford University Press's digital products and services. As a trusted partner, you will support schools throughout their journey, driving adoption, engagement, and long-term success while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Working closely with educators and school leaders, you will lead onboarding, training, and best-practice support to help schools successfully embed our digital solutions into teaching and learning. By understanding each school's priorities and challenges, you will drive product adoption, maximise customer value, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you will conduct regular reviews, monitor engagement, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will also champion customer feedback, support renewals, and help schools gain greater value from our broader portfolio.
Success in this role will be measured through customer retention, renewals, product engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will be customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about helping schools achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of the UK Education business.
This is a fully remote position based in the UK and requires trips to the office when needed.
About You
Essential:
Understanding of the UK education system.
Ability to interpret and utilise data to drive decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other supporting technology.
Desirable:
Awareness of current educational trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with educational technologies and digital learning tools.
Understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
