The Role
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. Whether you have previous experience in care or are looking to begin a rewarding career, we would love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents with eating, drinking, and daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and promote residents' wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in residents' wellbeing.
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection prevention procedures.
Essential Requirements
- A kind, compassionate, and respectful approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
