We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Telephone Sales Consultant to join our team, working fully remotely and supporting SME commercial lines clients across the UK. This role focuses on arranging specialist insurance solutions for niche markets, including camping and glamping businesses in the UK tourism sector. You’ll be part of a collaborative, service driven team, building trusted client relationships and contributing to a high performing business.
This role plays a key part in delivering a responsive, professional insurance service, managing client enquiries and policies across new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals.
- Telephone based role handling incoming calls and enquiries from new and existing customers
- Managing new business requests, preparing quotations and placing cover over the phone
- Supporting policy adjustments and renewal preparation across multiple products
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, friendly communication
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the policy lifecycle
- Working accurately with client data and insurance systems to ensure compliance
This role suits someone who enjoys client interaction, has an excellent telephone matter and works well remotely. We are only considering applicants that hold solid sales experience in commercial insurance at this stage.
- Commercial insurance sales experience essential for this role (phone based roles)
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organised approach to work
- Experience with Open GI is beneficial, but not essential
