Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Revenue & Billing Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the billing processes for our UK and US entites ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and maintaining seamless financial operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process invoices using billing software Chargebee and Stripe.
- Process exports to our accounting software Xero and QuickBooks.
- Conduct detailed data entry to maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries via phone with professional etiquette.
- Perform analysis of revenue streams and billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing activities, audit trails, and related reports for compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is essential.
- Proven experience with billing and collection platforms such as Chargebee, Stripe and GoCardless.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations and billing procedures.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret financial data effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
