Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will support the delivery of high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent standards of preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
This is a full time position over 5 days including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Minimise waste and control portion sizes
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
