Want to make a difference in a child’s life by passing on a love for Maths? We are currently seeking a Sales Lead Instructor to work with students to achieve mastery of maths, increase student enrolment, improve brand awareness and support customer relationships, while developing management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a team to deliver the Mathnasium methodology
- Execute superior customer service, communicating student progress to parents regularly and confidently, resulting in student retention
- Ensure continued student motivation, progression and mastery
- Meet sales and retention KPI’s
- To maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes
- Administer Mathnasium curriculum through accurate student assessment and diagnosis to monitor and ensure continued student progression and mastery
- Assist with business-related administrative tasks
- Engage with the local community, network, build strong school and business relationships
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, local advertising and events to drive new student enquiries and enrolments

Preferred:
- Previous leadership skills and/or experience in a supervisory role
- Previous educational or tutoring experience
- Maths skills (A Level Maths or Higher Education qualification)
