Freelance Sous Chef – Breakfast Operation We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Head Chef to lead a busy breakfast kitchen in London. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised chef who can take full ownership of the breakfast operation, maintain exceptional standards, and lead a small kitchen team. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the breakfast kitchen. Deliver high-quality, consistent food in a fast-paced environment. Manage stock, ordering, food cost, and waste. Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Train, motivate, and supervise the kitchen team. Maintain kitchen organisation and operational efficiency. Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
Or sous chef looking to envolve Strong breakfast and brunch experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference). *Public Liability Insurance. *Food Safety Level 2 or above. *Right to work in the UK. Terms Starting from 3200 can reach £3,500 per month*(based on approximately 40 hours per week). Self-employed / freelance position. Applicants are responsible for their own Income Tax and National Insurance contributions. -Monthly payment upon receipt of an invoice.
