ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhere to health and safety protocols by maintaining a safe working environment, using appropriate PPE, and following established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance as well as reporting any issues through correct channels

Mechanical & Hydraulic assembly of automotive components
-
Preparation of products and Valve Components for Dyno Testing
-
Dyno test damper units to ensure compliance with customer specification
-
Interrogation of Dyno reports and fault Identification where necessary
-
Rework of Damper units which do not meet Customer or Quality Assurance specifications
-
Completion of paperwork in conformance with QA and Project Administration requirements
-
Assist with maintaining workshop as a clean and safe working environment

Participate in R&D activities as required
-
Supports all company and department activities associated with meeting the goal in the “Presidents Message”

Adopts and practices Kaizen principles and concepts, participates in continuous improvement and GEAR activities
-
Follows all general procedures as indicated in the General Procedures section of the Level 3 Procedures Manual
-
Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems (e.g. TS 16949, ISO 90012014).

Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
-
Engineering certification or equivalent
-
Basic knowledge of MS Windows
-
Basic mechanical assembly experience
-
Ability to read, write and speak English
