- £13.45 per hour for your contracted hours– The Real Living Wage
- £15.75 per hour for all hours worked over your contracted hours
About the service.
Eva House is operating as a supported living service for individuals with Mental Illness and Learning Disabilities. Some of the people living at Eva House may also express behaviours which others might find challenging.
Within your role:
· Support individuals with to live a fulfilled and meaningful life through the delivery of structured daily activities and supporting them into the local community.
· A focus is placed upon developing levels of independence through engagement in Daily Living Skills such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
· You will encourage individuals to maintain healthy standards of personal care, promoting the engagement in washing and bathing.
· To provide emotional/wellbeing and mental health support.

We’re Looking for People Who:
✅ Understand the importance of a supportive & inclusive environment
✅ Have a proactive mindset, resilience & a can-do attitude ✅ Possess strong communication & organisational skills ✅ Have experience in mental health & learning disability support (desirable) ✅ Hold (or are working towards) a Level 2, 3, or 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
