Job description
As a Domestic Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment is provided for everyone - our residents, visitors and colleagues. You'll be an important part of the team that ensures residents in our care feel valued.
As part of the team, you will:
- Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our residents’ rooms and communal areas of the home to ensure they have a comfortable living environment treated like their own home
- Interact with residents whilst working to maintain a happy atmosphere.
- Operate washing machine/tumble dryer taking care of residents clothes.
Though previous experience is desirable, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us. You will be part of a team that believes in respecting every resident as a unique individual, treating them and their home with the dignity you would wish for yourself
Hours 30 per week hours, Rota Monday - Sunday, shifts over 4 days
