Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking to recruit Two Project Support Managers (Business Support) within the Public Health Directorate on a permanent basis. The successful applicants will project manage various projects within the Directorate. Successful candidates should have a proactive approach to solving problems; they should also have effective communication skills and be able to build good working relationships.
Applicants should as a minimum be educated to degree level or equivalent experience and have project management support experience.
Interviews will be held in person at Hafen Derwen, St. David’s Park, Carmarthen and the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office once a week or as required.
This is an exciting role which will provide project management support to distinct projects within the Public Health Directorate.
Successful candidates should have a proactive approach to solving problems. They should also have effective communication skills and be able to build good working relationships. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular MS Planner / Project, MS Teams and Sharepoint is essential.
Demonstrable experience of supporting and managing projects is essential as is experience of organising and co-ordinating a range of complex projects simultaneously.
Successful applicants should have the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in writing, face to face and over the telephone with a wide-ranging audience including clinicians, technicians, managers and administrators.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
