MJ Children have provided residential childcare services since 1999 .
At present, we have a 5 bed home, 'The Birches', just outside of Whittlesey and a 3 bed home 'The Willows' in Spalding for young people aged 5-17.

The young people we care for have experienced a traumatic and neglectful early life. We understand the importance placed on our role as attachment figures, working to the therapeutic B.E.A.C.O.N model to provide love, care and support to our young people.
We go on holidays abroad every year and really enjoy celebrating our children and their achievements.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Residential Childcare Worker to support our existing team and our young people, aged 5 to 17.
Days are 10:00-22:00 overtime is also available and ........... No Sleep Ins!
Rota patterns - Week 1 - Thursday, Friday. Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.

After successfully passing your probation period salary will increase and we support the completion of your Level 3.
