The Digital Insight Analyst (App) supports the Senior eCommerce Insight Manager in delivering high‑quality app performance insights, analytics solutions, and BAU reporting that enable continuous optimization of the digital app experience and commercial performance.
The role works closely with the App, Trading, Ecommerce and Data functions to define data requirements, build robust reporting, and deep dive into app behavioural analytics. The analyst will translate complex findings into actionable insights that improve app engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
