We are a warm, welcoming family-run nursery set in a beautiful Cotswold village, looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, supporting their learning, development, and well-being in a safe and stimulating environment. We are currently looking for the right individual to join our Under 2's unit, supporting babies from 3 months to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive environment
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (preferred) - Training Supplied.
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Good knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach

Job Details
Full-time - 40 hours per week, with a set day off within the week.
