Situated in the heart of the Chew Valley, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent food in a stunning setting. We are currently looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team, specifically to support our busy and popular breakfast service.
About you
The role of Kitchen Assistant will involve working closely with our chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during our breakfast and daytime shifts. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will support the team in food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring every plate served meets our quality expectations.
Requirements
* Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a small, friendly team.
* Reliability and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Salary, Holiday, and Benefits
* Hourly rate: £14.24 (includes rolled-up holiday pay).
* Additional earnings: You will receive a share of the service charge and tips.
* Contract: 30 hours per week.
