We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Assistant with a degree in Marketing or a related field. This is a standalone marketing role, so you'll need to be confident working independently, managing your own workload, and making informed decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, with a passion for increasing brand awareness. You'll take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and identifying opportunities to promote the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media channels and creating engaging content to support brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to promote the business and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
- Update and manage website content and other digital marketing assets as required.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content as well as assisting at trade shows and events.
- Work independently to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver marketing objectives.
About You:
- Strong communication, organisational and creative skills with a passion for delivering engaging marketing campaigns to our customers.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and confident to work self-led the majority of the time.
- A degree in marketing or similar, and a solid understanding of the principals required to boost our business.
- Reliable transport (due to yard location)
- Right to work in the UK
Hours: 9am–5pm Mon–Fri
