We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-focused Vehicle Valeter to join our busy Bodyshop and Service departments.
At H&L, we believe the "wow factor" happens at the moment of handover. As our Valeter, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles that have been through repairs or routine maintenance back into pristine condition. From removing polishing dust after a paint job to ensuring our courtesy car fleet is fresh for every user, your work will be the final seal of quality for our customers.
This role is full-time between Mon–Fri 8.00am – 5pm and benefit from:

Key Responsibilities
- Post-Repair Valeting: Thoroughly cleaning cars after bodyshop work, including the removal of compound dust, overspray, glue, masking tape and fingerprints.
- Service Wash & Vac: Providing a high-quality "mini-valet" for customers who have brought their vehicles in for mechanical servicing.
- Courtesy Car Management: Ensuring our fleet of courtesy vehicles is cleaned, sanitized, and fuel-checked between every customer booking.
- Final Inspection: Acting as a final set of eyes to ensure no workshop debris (seat covers, floor mats, or grease) is left in the cabin.
- Chemical Safety: Safely using specialized cleaning agents, waxes, and degreasers.

- Efficiency: The ability to work at pace to meet daily handover deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Professionalism: You will occasionally interact with customers, so a polite and helpful manner is essential.
- Full Clean UK Driving License: Required for moving customer and company vehicles around the site safely.
- Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment and outdoors.
- Valeting Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or bodyshop valeting environment is essential
