A great opportunity has become available to work for an independent firm of estate agents in their successful and busy Fleet branch as a Property Manager.
Property Manager position:
- A full time role with No Weekend Working and hours 8:30am - 5pm.
- Salary in the region of £28k - £30k dependent on experience with OTE additional personal commission.
- Holidays start at 20 days plus Bank Holidays
- Free parking
Looking after a portfolio of properties, you must be able to work and thrive in a busy environment, managing your time efficiently when mainly handling the move in process, inspections, maintenance issues and check outs.
Good communication and written skills are required along with attention to detail, thinking out of the box, self motivated, and be comfortable working to targets.
Keeping abreast with current Property legislation you will continue to deliver expert service and support to landlords, tenants, contractors and team members.
You must have your own car and full driving licence to conduct office appointments.
