Bishopstoke Working Men's Club is looking for a friendly, hardworking and motivated Team Leader to join our team.
Working closely with the Club Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the bar and club in her absence, ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth delivery of events and activities for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support the Club Manager with daily operations
✅ Supervise, motivate and support bar staff
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service to members and visitors
✅ Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
✅ Maintain accurate cash records and complete end-of-day cashing-up procedures
✅ Ensure licensing, health and safety, and club procedures are followed at all times
✅ Assist with functions, events and entertainment nights
✅ Open and close the premises when required
About You
✔ Previous experience in a bar, hospitality or customer service environment
✔ Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
✔ Trustworthy, reliable and confident handling cash
