Redwings Lodge is a small group of hotels in the Home Counties and Midlands. Redwings Lodge Sawtry is a 30 room hotel.
We are currently hiring for a full time hotel receptionist to cover shifts 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 we may consider 2 x part time employees
16-40hrs per week dependant on applicant.
Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage but - most importantly - we are looking for people who enjoy communication and have a positive attitude.
Duties of this position will include -
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Sell the hotel facilities
- Deal with problems and complaints fairly and speedily
- Pass damage or failure reports to management
- Cash handling
- Maintain reception records and paperwork in a tidy and prompt manner
The successful candidate will be numerate and literate with good computer skills, have a good telephone manner and a desire to ensure our customers have a stress-free stay.
The role is available to start immediately.
Own transport essential due to Hotel`s location.
