Located at our quarry in Ashburton, we are seeking a full time, permanent Quarry Operative to operate Mobile Plant. The successful applicant may also have the opportunity to train to operate the Asphalt Plant and Secondary Processing Plants.
Experience in operating mobile plant within the quarrying industry would be advantageous, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
In exchange for working a 45 hour week we offer a salary of about £34,700 pa, for 45 hours of work per week as a guaranteed minimum and there is occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will be flexible with the understanding that there maybe a requirement to work nights and weekends. 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays increasing to 26 days with length of service.
