We are looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate Barista to join our team.
The Role
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent coffee and customer service while helping to keep the café running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality speciality coffee and other drinks
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Preparing and serving food and pastries
- Keeping the café, coffee station and equipment clean and organised
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Restocking products and maintaining an attractive display
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day café duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista/café experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of espresso-based coffee
- Friendly, positive and approachable personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends
- A genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
