Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products or services, providing detailed information and personalised recommendations
- Engage in negotiation to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage B2B sales interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
- Support the organisation of sales campaigns and promotional events
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using IT systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfilment of client orders
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads
- Organise schedules efficiently to optimise time management and maximise sales opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within B2B environments or retail sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with IT systems utilised in sales operations, including CRM software
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good time management abilities to meet deadlines and achieve targets
