Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £14-16 per hour (+ £4,500 OTE commission)
Part-time 24 hours per week (inc weekends)
Fixed term role (12 months)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling park homes to our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our park homes, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct tours of our park home estates and facilities.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to promote our park homes.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in property / real estate or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling park homes, retirement, or similar products.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that this is an on-site position based in our brand new Marketing Suite. The role is fixed term for a 12 month period, and the working hours are as follows:
Friday: 10am-4pm
Saturday: 10am-4pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm
Monday: 10am-4pm
