About NordSpark Cleaning
NordSpark Cleaning is a new, growing cleaning company based in Aberdeen. We provide domestic cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb & holiday let turnovers, and end of tenancy cleans across the city. As one of our first cleaners, you'll play a big part in building our reputation — and as the business grows, so will your hours and opportunities.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, thorough cleaner to work across a mix of jobs: regular home cleans, out-of-hours office cleaning, holiday let changeovers, and deep end of tenancy cleans. Hours will vary week to week as bookings come in, with the aim of building towards regular, consistent work. Some office work may be early morning or evening. Immediate start available.
What you'll do
- Domestic cleans: whole-home cleaning to a high standard — kitchens, bathrooms, hoovering, mopping, dusting
- Office cleans: desks, floors, kitchens, and WCs, often outside office hours
- Airbnb & holiday let turnovers: fast, thorough resets between guests, working to a checklist and changeover deadlines
- End of tenancy cleans: detailed deep cleans to landlord/inventory standard, including ovens, limescale, and skirtings
- Follow job checklists so every clean meets the same standard
- Treat clients' homes and workplaces with care and respect, and report any issues promptly
What we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual — clients and guest check-ins depend on us turning up on time
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Trustworthy, as you'll often work unsupervised in clients' properties
- Comfortable with some flexibility on timing (early/evening office cleans, changeover windows)
- Own transport and a full UK driving licence — you'll travel between jobs across Aberdeen with equipment
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required — attitude matters more
- You must have the right to work in the UK
What we offer
- £13–£15 per hour depending on experience
