Cleaning Supervisor (3 hours per day - 15 hours per week )
Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor – School Cleaning – Church Street, Ewell, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 2AW Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £16 per hour + holiday pay + uniform provided Hours: 5.00am – 8.00am, Monday to Friday (15 hours per week) Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year, Part-Time. Start Date: Immediate
About the Role We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning team at a well-respected private school in Epsom.
Duties Include:
· Supervising and motivating cleaning staff.
· Cleaning classrooms, offices, communal areas, and toilets.
· Checking work standards and providing feedback to staff as necessary, monitoring corrective action.
· Reporting any maintenance or supply issues to management.
· Be responsible for completing monthly store orders.
· Be responsible for completing timesheets every 2 weeks.

Requirements:
· Previous cleaning experience is essential.
· Supervisory or team leader experience preferred.

· Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
· Enhanced DBS check required – This will be carried out by us.
