Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and motivated Domestic Gas Engineers to join our growing team. The roles will involve servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of domestic gas appliances while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and repairs on domestic gas appliances including boilers, fires, and cookers
- Diagnose faults quickly and provide effective repair solutions
- Complete landlord gas safety checks (CP12)
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe and health & safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times
- Accurately complete job sheets and digital reporting
- Manage daily workload efficiently across the Nottinghamshire area
Essential Requirements
- Current Gas Safe Registration
- ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Proven experience in domestic service and repair work
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Own transport, tools and equipment
Desirable
- Experience working within private housing or social housing contracts
- Unvented (G3) qualification desirable
- Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps, unvented gas, Solid fuel, Oil - desirable
- Knowledge of a range of boiler manufacturers
