Are you an experienced Team Leader, Line Leader or Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in a fast paced food production environment? We are recruiting a Packhouse Team Leader / Line Supervisor to lead production lines, support teams, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate production lines and carry out Line Leader and Supervisor duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor packing machinery and equipment
- Drive team performance to meet productivity and output targets
- Support packing, weighing, and order fulfilment
- Support packhouse management team to meet daily targets
- Carry out quality checks and ensure food safety standards
- Organise team breaks and rotations to maintain continuous production
- Complete production paperwork and ensure full traceability
- Train and support new and existing team members
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6am to finish (between 3pm and 4pm)
- Alternate Saturdays@ 6am to finish (approx 11am)
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Line Leader or Line Supervisor
- Background in food production, warehouse, or packhouse environments preferred
- Strong people management, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene
