We're currently looking to add a talented and dedicated Barista to our team at Fitzbillies Trumpington Street in Cambridge and our Branch in Harston. Finding the right fit is crucial to our success, so I'm looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our loyal customers. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with opening and closing a coffee machine, basic machine maintenance and cleaning
To excel in this position, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a barista is required, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
