First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.
We are looking for a bubbly, compassionate & energetic HCA with previous experience of providing person centred care and quality care for children with complex needs in the community.
Our client is a 18-year-Old male who lives at home with family based in Warlingham, CR6.
Shift Details:
Days
Mon – Fri -16:00 -22:00 / Sat: 09:00 – 15:00
Nights
Sunday – Friday– 22:00 – 09:00 / Sat: 21:00 – 09:00
You will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children with complex needs in a hospital or community setting
Experience Required
- Cerebral Palsy
- Seizure Management (Buccal Midazalam)
- Oxygen Management
- Oral Dysphagia
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care to patients in their own home
- Build rapport with family members and other staff members
- Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced
