About the Role:
As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home. Your work helps to create a safe and comfortable setting for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleaning residents’ rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Ensuring infection control and health & safety standards are met
- Managing laundry and waste disposal
- Working as part of a supportive team
About You:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or domestic role is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, caring attitude towards older people
