Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food, drinks, and catering items efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks to support the kitchen team when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions or POS systems with precision and integrity
- Support barista duties by preparing coffee and specialty drinks as required
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health standards are met and upheld
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skill in preparing quality coffee beverages
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and restaurant operations is highly desirable
