A modern restaurant situated in Nantycaws, Carmarthenshire, serving quality homemade Food, with glorious views over the Black Mountains
We require a Head Chef who is organised, driven and creative to prepare and deliver food of the highest quality. Kitchen hours are 8.30 till 4pm, 7 days a week. We also open for evening meals on Friday nights from 6-9pm and occasionally Saturday nights for special events.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the kitchen operation and work alongside the general manager in the running of the business.
- Development of menu.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and produced to the highest standard.
- Manage food production to ensure waste is kept to a minimum.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers.
- To work professionally, effectively and respectfully as part of a team.
- Inspire and lead.
