We are seeking energetic and detail oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting. Your dedication will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall excellence of our hotel experience.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenishing supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to hotel policies and standards to deliver consistent quality service
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; additional training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
