Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Salary & Commission
· £25,000 basic salary
· On-Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 per annum, including basic salary and commission
· Uncapped performance-based bonuses

Are you an experienced salesperson who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and creating new business opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing commercial team. Working directly alongside our Commercial Director, you'll identify new business opportunities, speak with company owners and senior decision-makers, arrange qualified meetings and attend meetings as you develop your commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively contact business owners and senior decision-makers.
· Identify businesses that could benefit from our services.
· Build rapport and understand each prospect's needs.
· Arrange and attend meetings with the Commercial Director.
· Maintain an organised sales pipeline using our CRM.
· Achieve agreed activity and appointment targets.
· Represent the business professionally at all times.
About You
Essential
· Previous B2B sales, business development, telesales or recruitment experience.
· Excellent communication and telephone skills.
· Confident speaking with business owners and directors.
· Professional, organised and target-driven.
