Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, suggest upselling options to enhance guest experience
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations, ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Manage table settings, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly for incoming guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Support with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic kitchen duties as needed
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and stock counts
