Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with data, solving problems and supporting people?
We are looking for a Student Fees and Funding Administrator to join our Student Financial Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring students receive accurate financial information and support throughout their journey at the University of Reading.
Working across both our Student Fees and Student Funding functions, you will help maintain accurate student financial records, support tuition fee administration, contribute to the delivery of student funding processes and work collaboratively with colleagues across the University.
You will also have the opportunity to support the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE), helping shape and improve processes in a changing Higher Education environment.
You will have:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with databases and complex information.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
