Experienced Kitchen Fitter – Customer Care & Remedial Works

About the Role
PSO is looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our growing Customer Care team, providing high-quality remedial and replacement works within the new build housing sector.
The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of kitchen installation and customer care tasks, delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service in occupied homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fitter seeking a permanent position with a well-established and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out kitchen customer care and remedial works for new build properties.
- Replace kitchen worktops, with proficient use of routers and other power tools.
- Replace and adjust cabinet doors, frontals and kitchen units.
- Complete full kitchen replacements where required.
- Diagnose and rectify installation defects to a high standard.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in customers’ homes.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the management team, including occasional deliveries and warehouse support.
Please note that this role is varied and responsibilities are not limited to those listed above.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience fitting built-in kitchen furniture.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Willingness to travel nationwide, with occasional longer-distance travel as required.
- Basic plumbing skills are desirable but not essential.
