Are you an experienced Finance leader, looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance to lead our Finance team in Bradford. This role is 35 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday. Offering an annual salary of £60,000 to £67,500, with excellent benefits such as six weeks holiday (plus Bank).
As the Head of Finance, you will influence and manage the strategic development, future direction and operation of the finance function within the organisation and drive efficiency through the use of technology. You will lead, support and motivate the team to deliver an effective and highly regarded service.
What you will need:

Demonstrable experience and evidence of success of managing a complex finance function in an SME, housing or third sector setting

Extensive accountancy experience at a senior level

Significant knowledge and experience of strategic financial planning and control

Line management experience

Experience and understanding of the legal compliance requirements of finance - reporting, audit, tax including VAT, funders monitoring, insurance, loan covenants and contracts (including leases).

Relevant finance or business professional qualification and evidence of continuous professional development in a financial management role
