We are looking for a car enthusiast to join our great Customer Support team. You will be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, whilst representing multiple brands across e-mail, telephone and online marketplaces. If you love cars & have a passion for helping customers then we would love to hear from you!
The person we're looking for?
- A passionate individual who will ensure an amazing customer experience
- A passion for cars and motorsport
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Inc. Excel)
- eCommerce selling experience eBay & Amazon (Not essential but advantageous)
What you will be doing
- Providing excellent customer service via e-mail, messenger & telephone
- Ensuring personal KPIs are achieved on a daily basis
- Providing customer support throughout the entire journey
- Ensuring all sales platforms are well maintained and optimising their full potential
- Taking ownership of selling accounts
