Qualified Dental Nurse – 4 Day Week (Mon-Thurs)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced GDC Registered Dental Nurse to join our friendly mixed practice. This is a permanent position working four days per week (Monday–Thursday), with every Tuesday based at our sister practice, The Hartley Clinic, and the remaining days at Elvetham Dental Care.
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.
Please note: Previous experience using SOE/Exact is essential. Applications without SOE/Exact experience will not be considered.
Essential Requirements
- GDC Registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
- Previous experience using SOE/Exact is ESSENTIAL.
- Confident with chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of dental nursing, cross infection control and patient care.
- Proficient in clinical note taking, dental charting and treatment planning using SOE/Exact.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality chairside nursing support for all aspects of dental treatment.
- Assist dentists and therapists while ensuring excellent patient care and acting as a chaperone where required.
- Confidently use the SOE/Exact system for treatment planning, clinical notes, patient records and correspondence.
- Follow all decontamination and cross infection control procedures.
- Maintain surgery stock, equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient database management and reporting.
- Work in accordance with CQC, GDC, HTM 01-05, COSHH, Health & Safety and Infection Prevention & Control standards.

Working Hours
Monday: 7:45am – 6:15pm
Tuesday (The Hartley Clinic): 8:30am – 5pm
Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
