We're looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to lead a team of multi-trade operatives delivering responsive maintenance services across properties in Winchester.

Supervising a team of operatives across various trades, ensuring productivity and quality of work
- ️ Monitoring and enforcing health & safety compliance across all sites
Allocating jobs and ensuring timely attendance and completion
Managing customer complaints from initial report through to resolution
Liaising with tenants, internal teams, and contractors
Supporting scheduling, resource planning, and performance tracking
✅ SSSTS certification (essential)
✅ Proven experience supervising repairs and maintenance in social housing or a similar environment
✅ Strong knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general building)
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Full UK driving licence
