Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to manage international shipments and end-to-end Cross Trades logistics operations.
The role involves coordinating cross-trade shipments, managing export documentation, liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers globally, and ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international shipments from order to final delivery.; incl issuance all documentation (PFI, CI. PL, PO Shipping instructions etc) + Issuance of docs on 3rd party portals
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders / Support daily logistics / system updates.
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills. Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Good Communication skills. Fluent English, spoken and written; additional French / Spanish would be beneficial
- Able to work well alone and also as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.it will suit someone who is tenacious and resilient and can work in fast paced and busy environments.
This is an integral role in the business, and at times can be quite pressurized.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible options to WFH 2 days a week)

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
