We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- cleaning of designated areas, including offices, classrooms restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
- Handle commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- An Enhanced DBS is required for this post
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning practices and techniques.
