As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their experience and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions using IT systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Effectively manage time, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and targets
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence in negotiation and influencing decision-making
