We are looking for someone special to manage our new acquisition in the heart of Brighouse, West Yorkshire. We are searching for a general manager to take the reins of this exciting pub from mid August. We are searching for someone who has past experience in managing public houses taking in excess of £1m per annum. Our ideal applicant will have the following skills.
- Have at least 8/10 years of senior general management in this industry.
- A good understanding of epos cash registers and the ability to to understand online App ordering, PDQ management and internal points related loyalty schemes.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of menu building, menu specification and costings.
- Understand profit and loss analysis.
- Manage an already competent team.
- Be comfortable dealing with health and safety issues in the workplace.
- Be computer literate and be able to use word and excel.
- Have the foresight to assist in entertainment management and cost effectiveness.
- Be hands on when required and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Have a good understanding of kitchen and bar management.
- Work alongside directors to pursue greater results.
