Location: East Antrim Agency across our Larne and Ballyclare offices
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the East Antrim Agency.
About the role:
Your role is critical in providing our business with a pipeline of new leads that you will manage by building strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Through a local, personal service you will be to fully understand the complex commercial needs of each client and be able to advise on products and services to meet those current and future needs.
About you:
Previous experience is desirable but not essential although you will be expected to bring a positive, people orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team. In return, you can expect full training in order to become licensed to sell NFU Mutual products in a friendly and supportive environment. Due to the expansion of our business, there will be progression opportunities in the future for the right person.
Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Proven track record in sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products is desirable but not essential
- Experience of Microsoft and sales support systems
- Good organisational skills and a problem-solving mentality
- The ability to communicate confidently and effectively
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
- A full UK driving licence

Successful candidates will be supported through training courses arranged and run by NFU Mutual and pass the relevant licensing qualifications within an agreed timeframe.
